Mozcom is committed to protecting your privacy while delivering the best service when you shop with us. Any information you will send us through this site will be handled with utmost respect to your privacy.

The payment facility of this site is handled by our PayEasy Online Payment System (PayEasy). In creating an account with PayEasy, you will need to provide contact details such as your name, address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address. For your protection, we do not store your entire credit card number, bank account number, PIN, CVV, or any other sensitive financial information in our system. We simply pass these information straight through to the corresponding bank or credit card authorization company for processing using a secure tunnel. What we do keep for reconciliation purposes with these financial institutions should disputes arise, are only the last 4 digits of your credit card number. It is virtually impossible for us to recreate any transaction without your knowledge with just these limited data.

All communication and transmission between our system and our partners (eg. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, BancNet, MegaLink) are done through secure channels with industry-standard Secure HTTP (https) and commercial-grade Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates. For mobile payments using Globe G-Cash or Smart Money, confirmation is done through the Short Messaging Service (SMS) facility of the GSM mobile network and is completely independent of the Internet.

Your privacy is important to us. Any information that you provide at Mozcom or PayEasy will not be turned over to third party entities or be used for commercial purposes without your expressed consent. We might come up with promotions and value-added services from time to time that you might want to avail of in the future. These will not be sent to you unless you choose to receive them.

What entries will appear in my billing statements?

Mozcom has to work with multiple partners to accept so many forms of payments locally and internationally. When using our PayPal module for payments, you will receive confirmation from PayPal for transaction with either Mozcom or the merchant's name. For credit card funding, you will see it reflect in your billing statements as Mozcom Inc. or the merchant's name.  With the rest, you will get confirmation from either Mozcom Inc. or Mozcom PayEasy.

Data Protection

The data that you send to our site are stored and backed up on a secure server that is always updated in security issues. Its limited access helps prevent unsolicited parties from tampering with them.
